General Terms 1.1. The Rulo.ee online store sells custom-made roller blinds produced by EZ Rulo OÜ based on information provided by the Customer. Production and assembly take place in Saverna, Põlva County. These Terms of Use govern the use of the Rulo.ee online store. 1.2. These Terms of Use apply to the legal relationship between the Customer (hereinafter “Customer”) and the owner of the online store at www.rulo.ee (hereinafter “Online Store”), EZ Rulo OÜ (hereinafter “Seller”), regarding the ordering and purchase of Products from the Online Store. In addition, applicable Estonian laws regulate the legal relationships arising from purchases made from the Online Store. 1.3. The Seller may modify the Online Store’s Terms of Use, as well as product and service prices, without prior notice. 1.4. Seller information: EZ Rulo OÜ; Reg. Prices 2.1. All prices displayed in the Online Store are in euros and include VAT. 2.2. If the prices displayed in the Online Store are disproportionately high or low due to a technical error, and this can be reasonably proven, the Seller has the right to cancel the order and refund the Customer.

Products 3.1. Products displayed in the Online Store are produced and assembled according to the Customer’s order at EZ Rulo OÜ production facilities in Saverna, Põlva County. Product availability is ensured within reasonable quantities. 3.2. If the Customer places an order but it is not possible to fulfill it within the permitted timeframe, the Seller will contact the Customer and propose the fastest possible solution. If the Customer does not agree, the full purchase amount will be refunded within two working days. 3.3. Photos of Products displayed in the Online Store are for illustrative purposes only and may slightly differ from the actual Product. Minor differences in color, details, or mechanisms are a risk assumed by the Customer. Custom-made blinds are not subject to the 14-day return right according to the Estonian Law of Obligations (VÕS § 53(4) points 2 and 3 in conjunction with § 56(1)). 3.4. Photos, videos, and illustrations of Products are the property of EZ Rulo OÜ and may only be copied or presented elsewhere with written permission.

Making a Purchase 4.1. The Customer selects the desired Product in the Online Store according to instructions and adds it to the shopping cart by clicking “Add to Cart.” 4.2. To complete the order, the Customer proceeds to the Shopping Cart page and clicks “Checkout,” which directs the Customer to the order completion page. 4.3. After entering the required information and verifying its accuracy, the Customer confirms the order by clicking “Submit Order.” At this point, the order is confirmed and sent to the Seller. 4.4. The Customer pays for the Product immediately via online banking link and confirms payment by clicking “Return to Merchant.” 4.5. After payment, the Online Store sends an order confirmation to the Customer’s email. 4.6. The Customer must provide accurate information required to complete the order. 4.7. The Seller is not responsible for failure to fulfill the order or any consequences arising from incorrect information provided by the Customer.

Payment Methods 5.1. Orders can be safely paid via Estonian bank links (Swedbank, SEB, Nordea, Danske, LHV, Krediidipank) or by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Pocopay). 5.2. Payments are processed outside the Online Store via secure platforms of Maksekeskus AS and Modena Estonia OÜ. 5.3. The Seller does not have access to Customer bank or credit card information.

Delivery 6.1. The Customer may order delivery via courier to a suitable address. Delivery occurs on working days during business hours. No delivery on weekends or public holidays. The Customer must be present to receive the package and confirm receipt with a signature or personal PIN. 6.2. Standard delivery within Estonia (7–10 working days) costs 6€ for textile blinds, cassette blinds, pleated blinds, venetian blinds, insect nets, and curtain rails. 6.3. To return a Product, it must be sent at the Customer’s expense to: Serva, 63418, Saverna village, Valgjärve Parish, Põlva County, Estonia. 6.4. The Customer must verify the accuracy of contact details before placing an order. The Seller is not responsible for delays or misunderstandings caused by incorrect Customer information. 6.5. The Customer must inspect the package upon receipt. If the Product arrives damaged, the Customer must immediately notify the Online Store by email (info@rulo.ee), including a description and photos if possible.

Returns and Exchanges 7.1. Custom-made products are not subject to the 14-day return right (VÕS § 53(4) points 2 and 3 in conjunction with § 56(1)). The Seller may exchange or accept returns only for quality or functional issues. Returns are not accepted for incorrect input data or minor color differences. 7.2. To return or exchange Products, a withdrawal request must be submitted within 14 days of receipt via email (info@rulo.ee). Returns are accepted only with a confirmed request. 7.3. Products must be undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging. If the condition worsens due to improper use, the Customer bears the reduction in value. Products should only be handled as necessary to verify their nature, features, and functionality. 7.4. Refunds exclude delivery costs and are processed proportionally for partial returns. 7.5. Refunds are credited to the Customer’s bank account no later than the next banking day. Credit card refunds are subject to the bank’s terms. 7.6. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal request to the same account used for payment.

Complaints 8.1. Products are covered by a 2-year complaint period under VÕS § 218(2). 8.2. Customers must notify the Seller immediately, no later than 2 months after discovering a defect, including contact information, detailed description, and purchase receipt to info@rulo.ee. Stop using the Product if a defect is discovered. 8.3. Complaints are reviewed and the Customer contacted within 15 days of receipt. 8.4. Within the first six months from delivery, defects are presumed to have existed at delivery. The Seller bears all costs of repair or replacement in this period. After 1.5 years, costs are borne only if the complaint is justified. 8.5. Customers may request a price reduction, contract termination, or refund if repair or replacement is impossible or unsuccessful. 8.6. Customers may use legal remedies, including enforcing the contract, price reduction, claiming damages, or terminating the contract. 8.7. Costs of repair or replacement, including transport, postage, labor, travel, and materials, are borne by the Seller. 8.8. The Seller is not responsible for damages caused by improper use or delivery delays due to force majeure. 8.9. The Seller is not liable for costs incurred due to non-compliance, misuse, normal wear and tear, or lack of purchase proof.

Liability 9.1. The Seller and Customer are liable for damages caused by violation of these Terms in accordance with Estonian law. 9.2. The Seller’s liability is limited to the Product’s purchase price. 9.3. The Customer must use the Online Store only for lawful and proper purposes.

Privacy Policy 10.1. The Customer consents to the processing of personal data. 10.2. Personal data is recorded in the customer registry and used to provide services and offer Products. 10.3. Purchase-related data and contact information are treated confidentially under the Personal Data Protection Act. 10.4. Personal data necessary for delivery is shared with the courier. 10.5. Payment data is shared with Maksekeskus AS and the selected bank. 10.6. Personal data is not disclosed to unrelated third parties. 10.7. The Seller may send promotional emails; instructions to unsubscribe are included. 10.8. Customers may request deletion of their personal data. 10.9. Communications with banks and payment providers are encrypted. The Online Store has no access to bank or credit card data. 10.10. Data required for order completion: full name, phone number, email, address.

Terms of Use and Amendments 11.1. By making a purchase, the Customer agrees to these Terms, accessible in the footer of each page. 11.2. The sales contract is effective once the purchase amount is received by the Seller. 11.3. The Seller may amend Terms and prices; changes are published in the Online Store. 11.4. The Seller may refuse an order if the displayed price was a technical error.

Other Conditions 12.1. Disputes between the Customer and Seller are resolved through negotiation. 12.2. Complaints about the Online Store should be sent via email to info@rulo.ee or by phone +372 5238120.
If unresolved, the Customer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. Complaints are free. The Customer may also use the EU platform for online dispute resolution.
