Pleated Blind Care Guide
Over time, pleated blinds may become dusty or slightly dirty. This is normal, and usually it is sufficient to clean the blind with a vacuum cleaner using a textile nozzle.
- Pleated blinds can also be cleaned with a clean, damp microfiber cloth.
- The fabric must not become wet during cleaning.
- If water splashes onto the fabric during cleaning, it should be dried immediately.
- Stains on the pleated blind should be treated as quickly as possible with a damp cloth.
- For stubborn stains, we recommend using a cleaning agent specifically for blinds and pleated blinds.
For double-fabric (honeycomb) pleated blinds, to remove dust from inside the diamond-shaped chambers, remove the blind from the window frame, place it on its side, and gently tap to release the dust from between the pleats.
