Roman Blind Care Guide

Roman blinds can be maintained using either dry or wet cleaning methods.

Dry Cleaning

Dust can be removed with a vacuum cleaner using a soft upholstery or fabric brush attachment. To clean, fully lower the blind in front of the window. Note: Set the vacuum cleaner to low or medium suction power while cleaning.

Wet Cleaning

Untie the cords from the Roman blind fabric and remove the fabric from the profile (the fabric is attached with Velcro strips and can be pulled off). The fabric may be washed either in a washing machine on a gentle cycle (handwash) or by hand in a bathtub/basin.

• Recommended water temperature: up to 30 °C
• Do not use fabric softener
• Do not tumble dry or spin dry
• Lay the fabric flat to dry after washing
• Do not iron above 110 °C

After cleaning, reattach the fabric to the profile with the Velcro strips and retie the cords.
