We started Rulo with a simple idea: ordering blinds should be easy – a user-friendly online shop, clear selection, fast delivery, and excellent service. Rulo+ makes it even simpler – perfect for when time, confidence, or know-how might be a challenge. Subscribers enjoy 15% off all year on blinds, pleated blinds, and cassette blinds.

Rulo+ service process description:

  1. Send us a request with the number of windows and your preferences.
  2. We’ll issue a €38 prepayment invoice**. Please let us know once it’s paid.
  3. Our measurer will contact you within 2 working days.
  4. After the measurement, we’ll send you an offer. Once accepted and paid, we’ll confirm production.
  5. Your blinds will be ready in 7–10 working days and delivered by courier.
  6. Our installer will contact you within 2 working days to arrange installation.***

*The warranty applies to the installation and to products when used correctly. The warranty does not cover motors.
** Prepayment is deducted from total, non-refundable.
*** Installer contacts after delivery notice.

NB! Things you need to know before ordering the Rulo+ service:

  • Ordered blinds, rails, or insect screens will be delivered by courier. Once you receive your order, notify us via email, so we can arrange an installation time. The installer will not bring the ordered items!

  • To ensure the installation is smooth, safe, and fast, please clear the area around the windows before the installer arrives - furniture and other obstacles such as rugs, textile curtains, etc.

  • The price of the Rulo+ service does not include the removal and disposal of old window coverings. If needed, these services must be agreed upon in advance and will be charged separately.

  • If the installation height exceeds 2.4 meters, you must inform us in advance. Additional costs may apply for the equipment required to ensure safe installation.

  • For window coverings that are attached to the window frame, it is important that the frames are clean and dust-free before installation. Please make sure of it before the installer arrives.

  • For the measurement service, the technician will have a measuring tape and fabric samples. For the installation service, the installer will have a ladder (for work up to 2.4 meters), a vacuum cleaner, and cleaning cloths.
