Technical Requirements for a Printable Photo
- The longest side of the photo should be at least 4000 px (most modern phones and cameras qualify). A 12 MB photo ≈ 3000×4000 px. The more the better.
- Make sure the overall quality is good. If you see lots of pixels when zoomed in, they will show up in print too.
- Compare photos where the longest side is 2000 px vs 4000 px. Quite a difference, right?
